About Kim
Kim Johnson is a born and raised Iowa girl. She grew up on a farm in NE Iowa and currently reside in Vinton, Iowa with her husband, Matt and their children Quaid (5) and Riley (3). She is blessed to have been able to be a stay-at-home mom for the last handful of years.
Kim grew up in a very faithful household and attended church ‘religiously’. After a scary cancer diagnosis in 2009, her faith was made even stronger as she watched His love and steadfastness envelope her family during the worst moments. Since then, she has felt a passion and need to share His love with others in a way that’s approachable and relatable, which is why she feels so strongly about Mandy’s ministry! In times of testing she will find herself going back to her favorite verse (so much, that it is now tattooed on her back) Psalms 46:10, “Be still and know that I am God! I will be honored by every nation. I will be honored throughout the world.”
What makes her soul sweet? 2000’s Emo music and musicals, trying new restaurants (she love ALL the foods!), ice cream and sweets, cheese, spending time on the river, big family gatherings, and toasted marshmallow mocha creamer with her coffee!
Kim is the Nurture Her Soul’s Director Of Communications, and channels her excitement to be part of this team to help spread God’s love and unending grace that she herself has experienced time and time again, to all!
