24 HOUR WOMEN’S RETREAT!

Located at beautiful Camp Io-Dis-E-Ca, just outside of Solon, Iowa! Any Christian-denomination, (or no denomination) woman is welcome!
This 24 hour retreat includes everything a girl needs to nurture her soul, including:
- Saturday lunch
- Saturday supper
- Snacks, snacks, snacks!

- Sunday sunrise yoga with Dusty Swehla with Panda Marie LLC!
- Sunday breakfast
- Games and prizes
- Campfire worship Saturday night

RULES AND WHAT TO BRING:
- COMFY CLOTHES ONLY! Sweatpants and yoga pants encouraged!
- Typical overnight toiletries
- Blanket, pillow, bedding
- Towel for shower
ACCOMMODATIONS:
- 3-6 women per room
- Most rooms have private bathrooms, or there are separate restrooms with showers as well.
